My mom can't wait the Adenium to bloom from seeds. This Adenium is bought from a garden nursery. I am not sure what is the species name, but it looks like the "Beauty Cloud" that I am selling.

老妈实在是没耐心等我用种子种富贵花，那天她按捺不住自己偷偷跑去买了一盆。我左看右看嘛，长得可实在象我的Beauty Cloud啊





This flower is called Torenia fournieri. Really heavy bloomer !!! Worth to have one at our yard, it's also a heavy re-seeder.

今天的夏堇开得灿烂。很值得种的花，因为它太会开花了，又很会生种子。

Transplant of Adenium

It's a rainy morning today and got a very cold and comforable weather today. It has been a long time I didn't transplant my adenium babies so I decided to do it today.

After one year, they have grown up tripple size but still not yet first blooming. Hope after the transplant, they will be growing stronger and bloom sooner.

Some of them are grown from the Thailand species which the seller told me they got very special colour. However, I thought I was cheated but not so sure. Only they start blooming then I can know the answer.

No matter how, their roots look very cute and chubby if you grow adenium from seeds.

今天早上下了一场雨，天气非常凉爽，决定要来帮我的富贵宝宝换盆。现在的盆已经容不下了，因为它们长大了３，４倍。种了一年多还不开花，希望换盆后它们快快开花给我看。

我最想知道的就是那时种的泰国富贵花能不能开出供应商所声称的那些花色，希望不会被骗。

无论如何，由种子种起的富贵花，根部非常肥壮可爱，比插枝的美多了。

Another 3 weeks later...


4 mths old seedling, a small tree...


Do you agree with me, the adenium root are ginseng alike?


They are no longer baby fat. The leaves are huge and looks different.


I notice that the stems are quite fat already


They are now having 10 plus leaves...


I am going to transplant them. Looks like I am selling vegetable at pasar, hahaha.


These are the one month old adenium seedling. Some are bigger, some are smaller


They looked so much different one week later. They are stronger and bigger now.


By growing adenium, it's very easy to build your confident as they really grow well without special care.


They looked so chubby and full of energy.


I was using the wet tissue method for germination. With the sufficient moist, it took about 5 days for them to germinate.
