Iris Gardening: Diary - Black Eye Susan黑眼苏珊

This is my old diary last year. Black eye susan is a heavy bloomer and their flowers can be lasting for one month. A "must try" flower.

我一时播了太多种花种子，忘了它是阿狗还是阿猫, 要等它开花才知道了。但是它长了一片小真叶出来，圆圆的、毛绒绒的，好可爱！
I was sowing too many seeds until I couldn't remember what this plant is. However, it's first round and hairy leaves is so cute.

The aftercare of black eye susan is so easy. Just fertilise it regulary and it will grow well.

超耐命阿珊登场！！！今天拍的这两朵花，就是28.06.2009那天帖上来的那两朵姐妹花，开一个月了哦!!!
Wow, the blooms are so lasting. As you see, it's now 01st Aug 2009 and this is the same flower in the photo I took on 28 Jun 2009. It's so amazing, they have lasted for more than one month!

我的同一棵黑眼苏珊越开越美，共有5朵金花哦。令我觉得惊喜的就是，它的花色竟然变得更鲜艳了！！
之前的花芯只有淡淡的一圈深黄色，现在却出现了橙红色，好美啊
Black eye susan is so heavy bloomer, I got 5 blooms now. The colour of the flower is now getting more and more attractive. Compared to its first bloom, the dark yellow circle in the center of the flowers has come orange.
